Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality improvement programmes that enhance outcomes, regulatory performance and the long-term sustainability of services.
  • Provide clinical leadership that enables teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred support.
  • Drive governance, safeguarding and risk management initiatives that strengthen quality standards and service delivery.
  • Support service development, transitions and growth opportunities while building effective relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.

About You

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrable leadership experience across multi-site community, supported living or complex care services
  • Previous management experience within regulated health or social care services supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care requirements
