About the Company

You will be joining a specialist residential childcare provider delivering trauma-informed care within Ofsted-regulated homes. The organisation is values-led, people-focused, and committed to creating stable, supportive environments for both young people and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the children's home in line with Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding practice at all times.
  • Develop, supervise, and retain a skilled multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain oversight of operational performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

About You

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete.
  • At least two years experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
  • Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
