About the Company You will be joining a specialist residential childcare provider delivering trauma-informed care within Ofsted-regulated homes. The organisation is values-led, people-focused, and committed to creating stable, supportive environments for both young people and staff.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the childrens home in line with Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding practice at all times. Develop, supervise, and retain a skilled multidisciplinary team. Maintain oversight of operational performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
About You Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete. At least two years experience as a Registered Manager within childrens residential care. Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
