A specialist Complex Care provider is recruiting an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead a community-based service across South East London. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for CQC compliance, operational performance, and the delivery of complex care packages in the community.
The service supports adults and children with clinically complex needs, and the successful candidate will ensure safe, high-quality care in line with regulatory and clinical best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of branch operations, quality, and compliance
- Maintaining CQC registration and leading inspections
- Managing adult and paediatric complex care packages in the community
- Leading and developing clinical and care teams
- Overseeing assessments, care planning, and new package mobilisation
- Managing staffing levels, performance, and budgets
- Building strong relationships with families and commissioners
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Branch Manager / CQC Registered Manager in Complex Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
