We are looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our neurodevelopmental recruitment team at Leaders in Care. This team supports organisations across the UK with experienced clinicians who assess ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions, helping them tackle national assessment backlogs and improve access to vital services.
The contract division was set up five years ago and has broken every company record, won multiple Team of the Year awards and helped consultants achieve significant levels of progression, including three promotions in a year and plenty of personal bests along the way.
You will be joining a team of consultants who are motivated by their own drive for success and quality delivery to clients and candidates. That means no dreaded admin for the sake of admin, and no useless KPIs that do not actually reflect results. You are trusted to do the job you know, or learn it properly from people you will respect.
The business as a whole is focused on giving you the tools you need, including technology that is still not on the radar of most UK agencies, along with the support and know-how of an experienced leadership team. The difference is, this comes without the usual issues that give recruitment a bad name.
We are ideally looking for someone with contract recruitment experience. Even better if that experience is in a similar market, but ultimately, if you have a strong track record of achievement in recruitment, we would be very open to a serious conversation about how we can support you to accelerate the next steps of your career.
Finally, the brand-newly refurbished office is based in Ancoats/Northern Quarter, which is a brilliant place to work. Whether it is the easy commute by train, tram or car, or the fact it is nestled among some of Manchester's finest restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
In return, you will get:
- Salary dependent on experience and billing record.
- Commission with no thresholds.
- Quarterly growth bonuses.
- Quarterly achievers events.
- Private Healthcare.
- Company holidays.
- A clear progression plan from Consultant through to Principal and leadership.
- 24 days annual leave, plus time off between Christmas and New Year.
- Star Days for overperformance.
- Gym flexitime.
This is a chance to join a proven team, in a market with genuine purpose, working alongside some of the highest performers in the business.
