Responsibilities include:
- Hold Registered Manager accountability for complex and domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children's services.
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
