This role offers the chance to join a developing Family Help service where your experience as a Senior Practitioner, Child Protection Social Worker or Childrens Social Worker will directly shape outcomes for children and families. About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children and families through Child in Need, Child Protection and care proceedings work.
  • Provide guidance and practice support to colleagues within the Family Help team.
  • Build effective multi-agency relationships with health, education and safeguarding partners.
  • Deliver relational and evidence-based interventions that promote safety, permanence and positive outcomes.

About You

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience within statutory childrens social work including safeguarding and looked after children.
  • Experience managing complex caseloads within a Childrens Social Worker or Senior Practitioner role.
