The Role

As the Registered Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality care across five established Extra Care schemes.
  • Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care and customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.

Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.

Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.

A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
