Im recruiting for one of the UKs leading specialist healthcare providers, looking for an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse / SACT Nurse to deliver oncology and haematology treatments to patients in their own homes across South EastLondon.

This is an excellent opportunity to step away from the pressures of a busy hospital environment while continuing to use your specialist oncology skillswith greater independence, one-to-one patient care and no night shifts.

Youll manage your own caseload across South EastLondon, delivering specialist cancer treatments directly within patients homes.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering SACT and chemotherapy safely in the community Completing clinical assessments prior to treatment Administering cytotoxic therapies in line with national guidelines Cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management Monitoring patients and managing adverse reactions appropriately Providing education and support to patients and their families Maintaining accurate electronic clinical records Liaising with consultants, hospitals and wider MDTs to ensure continuity of care About You

Youll need: Active NMC registration as an Adult Nurse / RGN Previous Chemotherapy / SACT experience Competency in the administration of cytotoxic drugs Strong cannulation and venous access skills Confident clinical assessment and communication skills Full UK driving licence Why Make the Move into Community Oncology?

Youll still be delivering specialist cancer treatment -just in a completely different environment.

Instead of moving between patients on a busy unit, youll provide dedicated one-to-one care in patients homes, manage your own diary and build stronger relationships throughout their treatment journey.
