About the Company

You will be joining a specialist community healthcare provider working in partnership with GP practices to improve respiratory outcomes. The organisation is clinically led, highly regarded in primary care, and known for investing properly in its nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist respiratory clinics within GP practices, managing patients with long-term respiratory conditions.
  • Conduct patient audits and support practices to improve respiratory care in line with local and national guidelines.
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to general practice teams to raise standards of care.

About You

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Minimum of three years experience managing respiratory conditions.
  • Hold relevant diplomas/certification in COPD, Asthma & ARTP Spirometry (desirable).
