As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you\’ll be responsible for: Managing your own specialised caseload of patients, both inpatients and outpatients. Delivering specialised assessments and interventions for patients with complex needs. Supporting the development of the occupational therapy service to ensure best practice. Supervising and participating in evidence-based projects and in-service training. Providing therapeutic advice and recommendations to patients, carers, and clinicians. About You For the Senior Occupational Therapist position, the ideal candidate will have: A BSc (hons) degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy. HCPC registration for Occupational Therapy. Evidence of post-graduate professional development. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings. Knowledge of a wide range of approaches for managing complex patients. Experience with multidisciplinary team working and teaching is desirable.
