Delivering treatment in a patient's home offers a level of connection and continuity that hospital settings rarely allow. This Community Chemotherapy Nurse role gives you the space to focus on quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will work independently across a small caseload, with the backing of a specialist clinical team. This is a role where your expertise is trusted, your time is respected, and your impact is visible every day.
Package & Benefits:- Salary up to £44,500 per annum, depending on experience.
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card, or car allowance of £4,877.50 per annum plus mileage.
- Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
- Private healthcare cover.
- Funded training, ongoing development, and financial support for further qualifications.
- NMC fees paid.
- Deliver chemotherapy treatment safely and effectively in patients' homes.
- Manage a small caseload of approximately two to three patients per day.
- Provide education, reassurance, and tailored clinical support to patients and carers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and report adverse events in line with protocol.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Current SACT passport with competence in cytotoxic administration, cannulation, and clinical assessment.
- Full UK driving licence.
