Were working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated Good by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager . This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting. What Youll Do: As Clinical Lead, youll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. Youll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the clinical care team Supporting staff development and mentoring Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shifts What Were Looking For: Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required) Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, ideally within a care home Willingness and flexibility to work both days and nights A passion for person-centred care in a non-profit environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations Whats on Offer?
