Youll be part of a Community Adult Social Work Team , working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities , supporting individuals with complex needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
The Role
You will:
- Complete Care Act assessments , reviews, and support planning
- Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision-making
- Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes
This role is ideal for a confident, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.
What Youll Need
- Social Work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
