Leaders in Care is recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead on behalf of a well-established, nurse-led complex care provider with over 10 years' experience delivering high-quality community care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a growing service supporting children with complex health needs across the Buckinghamshire area, with new packages being mobilised and a clear focus on clinical quality, staff development and safe care delivery.
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee and support the delivery of paediatric complex care packages within the community, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred and compliant.
- Managing paediatric complex care packages across the Buckinghamshire area
- Completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
- Delivering training, competency sign-offs and clinical supervision
- Supporting package mobilisation and ongoing clinical quality
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the community.
Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC pin
- Experience within paediatric complex care in a community setting
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Buckinghamshire area
