Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of Looked After Children, ensuring their needs remain central to all planning and decision-making.
- Complete statutory visits, assessments and care planning in line with legislative requirements.
- Build effective relationships with children, families, foster carers and partner agencies.
- Prepare reports and contribute to reviews and court proceedings where required.
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. Previous experience within a Looked After Children or Children in Care team. Strong experience completing assessments and care planning for children in care.
