As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you'll oversee a well-structured caseload of complex care packages across Hampshire, all located within approximately one hour of Southampton. You'll help children with highly complex healthcare needs remain safely at home while supporting families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Salary: £50,000 to £54,000 per annum plus bonus entitlements.

As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, manage a caseload of paediatric complex care clients and oversee the safe delivery of highly complex care packages. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, clinical documentation and competency assessments for care staff. Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams while supporting quality improvement initiatives and service development projects.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted NMC registration.
- Essential experience caring for children with highly complex healthcare needs, including exposure to tracheostomy care, ventilation management, BiPAP, CPAP, enteral feeding or similar interventions.
- Paediatric complex care experience is desirable and community healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
