This Community Nurse role offers a genuine alternative to ward-based nursing, supporting adults in their own homes across Torquay and the surrounding areas. You will work with manageable caseloads, fewer distractions, and the freedom to focus on high-quality, person-centred care. You will work independently but never in isolation, with strong clinical support and a clear weekday structure that protects your work-life balance.
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50 plus mileage
- 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy more

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in adult nursing within a hospital or community setting
