Join our national network of project-based Educational Psychologists. We are building a strong, collaborative network of Educational Psychologists who want flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful work supporting children and young people across the UK.

At Leaders in Care, we are proud to be partnering with a growing number of local authorities nationwide, supporting them to manage increasing demand for statutory assessments following a 23% rise in EHCP requests. We are currently offering immediate project opportunities for experienced EPs to help reduce backlogs and deliver high-quality assessments on your terms.
