Neurodevelopmental Service Lead £67,500 £72,416 Are you an experienced clinician looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role?
We are working with a clinician-led healthcare provider looking for a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead to oversee ASD and ADHD services across both adult and childrens pathways.
This is a senior role with a strong focus on clinical quality, governance and service improvement , while still allowing time for complex clinical work.
What youll be doing Provide clinical and operational leadership across ASD and ADHD services.
Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
Oversee safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists and service performance.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.
Improve pathways, processes, clinical standards and audit activity.
Work closely with senior clinical colleagues to deliver service improvements.
What were looking for Youll need significant post-qualification experience within neurodevelopmental services, ASD, ADHD or mental health , alongside experience in a senior clinical or leadership position.
You should have: Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience , or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist .
Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary teams.
A good understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk.
Experience of service delivery and improving clinical pathways.
