We're recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their own homes across York and the surrounding areas. As a Community Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community. Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN Full UK driving licence Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential, and full support will be provided for nurses moving from hospital environments.
