Offering a Monday-to-Friday schedule, genuine autonomy, and the opportunity to care for patients on a one-to-one basis, this role provides an outstanding work-life balance while allowing you to continue developing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

As a Community Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community:

  • Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
  • Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
  • Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
  • Community nursing experience is desirable but not essential, and full support will be provided for nurses moving from hospital environments.
