As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you'll take ownership of a diverse clinical caseload, working autonomously while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. This is a genuinely hybrid position, including one to two days working from home each week, alongside community-based responsibilities across the region. You'll help shape clinical excellence, mentor healthcare professionals, and drive continuous quality improvement, all within a provider committed to delivering outstanding community-based care.

You'll be joining a specialist provider of complex community care, delivering nurse-led, person-centred support to children and young people with a wide range of complex clinical needs. Key Responsibilities
- As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, clinical reviews, and risk assessments.
- Drive clinical governance by completing medication audits, spot checks, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals while delivering specialist clinical training and providing emergency clinical support when required.
About You
- Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and experience suitable for a Paediatric Clinical Lead role.
- Minimum two years' experience managing complex care packages, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, or acquired brain injuries.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon.
