This Head of Clinical Services opportunity offers real scope to drive quality, performance, and patient experience alongside a close-knit senior team. As Head of Clinical Services , you will balance hands-on clinical leadership with operational oversight, supporting teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining safe, effective services. Senior clinical leadership experience within acute elective surgical and or medical services. NMC or HCPC registration, with proven experience working in a surgical environment. Demonstrable track record of leading teams to meet CQC requirements and clinical governance standards.
