We are currently working with a large, well-structured local authority in Greater Manchester seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH Team. This is a pivotal frontline role at the point of referral, where your decisions shape the direction of intervention and support for vulnerable children and families.
Working in a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), youll work closely with professionals from health, education, police, and early help services to gather information, make informed decisions, and ensure appropriate safeguarding responses. The team also covers initial assessments and short-term interventions, with clear handovers to longer-term teams when needed.
