Complex Care | RGN or RSCN | Clinical Leadership | Business Development | Home-Based with Regional Travel | Career Progression Are you an experienced Adult or Paediatric Clinical Lead or Nurse Case Manager looking to take the next step in your career?We're looking for a clinically credible RGN or RSCN ready to progress into a Clinical Business Development Manager role.

Whether you've already worked in business development or have gained commercial experience through winning new packages, presenting to commissioners, attending CHC meetings or leading package mobilisation, full training and support will be provided to help you succeed as a Clinical Business Development Manager .

Offering £55,000 to £60,000, a £5,000 car allowance and a realistic OTE of £80,000+ , this is an outstanding opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with relationship building, commissioner engagement and business growth within a growing specialist provider of community complex care.

The Role As a Clinical Business Development Manager , you will: Build relationships with ICBs, CHC teams, Case Management companies and other key referral partners.

Lead clinical assessments and develop tailored solutions to secure new complex care packages.

Support commissioner meetings, clinical presentations and commercial negotiations.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing commissioner relationships.

Lead the mobilisation of new care packages, working closely with operational and clinical teams.

Represent the organisation at networking events and stakeholder meetings.

About You To be successful as a Clinical Business Development Manager , you'll have: Current NMC registration as an RGN or RSCN .

Experience as an Adult or Paediatric Clinical Lead or Nurse Case Manager within community complex care.

Experience assessing and mobilising complex care packages.

Commercial exposure through winning new packages, commissioner engagement, CHC meetings or package negotiations.

Previous business development experience is not essential .

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Strong clinical knowledge of complex care and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
