We are searching for a Client Manager to join an established complex care provider based in Bermondsey. This Client Manager opportunity offers a salary of £30,000 p/a, sociable working hours, hybrid working, ongoing training & development and excellent additional benefits.

As a Client Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of community care packages, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality care Conduct client visits to monitor care standards and review individual care packages Lead, manage and support care teams working within clients' homes Build strong relationships with clients, their families and wider healthcare professionals Oversee safeguarding concerns, compliance and service quality Contribute to budget management and financial KPIs Participate in an on-call rota to support the effective running of services Criteria to apply:
