Adults ASD Service Lead . This is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting safe and effective service delivery while providing strong oversight of clinical quality, governance, performance and team development.

This is a great opportunity to help shape and improve the Adult ASD pathway, working alongside experienced clinical and operational colleagues within a well-governed service.

What youll be doing

Provide clinical and operational leadership across the Adult ASD service. Oversee safe, high-quality diagnostic assessment and service delivery. Manage capacity, waiting lists, triage arrangements and service performance. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision. Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management and quality improvement. Support pathway development, SOPs, audit and improvements to clinical standards. What were looking for Youll need significant post-qualification experience within

ASD assessment, neurodevelopmental or mental health services , alongside experience in a senior clinical leadership role.

You should have: Current

NMC registration with Advanced Clinical Practice , or

HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist . Direct experience working within ASD assessment pathways. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including supervision and line management. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, risk and quality improvement. Experience managing service delivery, capacity and performance within a busy clinical environment.
