We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established complex care operation in the Mid Wales area, within easy reach of Welshpool and Newtown. The service supports both adult and paediatric care packages and already delivers a significant volume of community-based care.
This opportunity would suit a strong operational leader who understands complex care delivery, can build trusted relationships with clients and families, and has the confidence to lead a team while supporting sustainable service growth.
Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential.

You will lead and develop the operational team, maintain strong relationships with clients and families, monitor service performance and work closely with clinical colleagues to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and governance.
Alongside managing the existing service, you will also support the mobilisation of new packages and identify opportunities to develop the adult and paediatric complex care offering across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the complex care serviceManage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative staffMaintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionalsEnsure operational issues are resolved efficiently and effectivelyMonitor staffing, care hours and overall service performanceDrive improvements in quality, client experience and service deliverySupport the mobilisation of new complex care packagesMaintain strong regulatory, safeguarding and governance standardsWork closely with clinical and senior operational colleaguesContribute to the sustainable growth of adult and paediatric servicesAbout YouTo be considered for this Registered Manager opportunity, you must have previous management experience within community complex care, supporting adults, children or both.
You will ideally have: Previous branch, service or operational management experienceStrong knowledge of community complex careExperience supporting adult and/or paediatric care packagesProven experience leading operational teamsStrong client and family relationship-management skillsGood knowledge of safeguarding, quality and regulatory complianceCommercial awareness and experience monitoring branch performanceExperience improving services and resolving operational challengesA proactive and hands-on leadership approachThe confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of service performanceThis opportunity would suit an experienced Complex Care Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager or Registered Manager looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within an established service.
