We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a growing complex care provider based in Littlehampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, relaxed and well-structured team, offering full training, a clear induction and genuine career progression within a fast-growing organisation.
The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week), with the remaining days based at the Littlehampton head office. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend requirements.
The Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
- Manage rotas, coordinate staff and support the ongoing delivery of complex care packages within the community.
- Coordinate care packages, ensuring continuity and high standards of care.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure full coverage across all packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families and care staff.
- Support mobilisation and ongoing management of care packages.
- Support communication, engagement and performance across the team.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary care is highly desirable.
- Experience or exposure to complex care is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office and care systems.
