The Role

  • As the
  • Registered Branch Manager

, you will

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care across the branch and Extra Care service.
  • Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet service demand while delivering outstanding standards of care.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.

About You

To be successful, you'll have

  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
  • Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care and operational performance.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
