Location: Manchester
Salary: Circa Β£65,000 per annum

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll ensure the service delivers exceptional care while achieving the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance.
About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.
  • NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
  • Experience supporting or leading complex care services.
  • A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes.
  • An inspiring leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.
