Oversee the Safe Medication Management programme. Oversee the overall care and facilities for residents in the home Involve residents in identifying their needs and preferences. Integrate all relevant information into the initial care plan. Ensure robust auditing procedures, including pharmacy-related processes. Oversee the Safe Medication Management programme Package and Benefits: The Registered Home Manager role comes with a comprehensive package: Annual salary of £60,000 – £65,000. 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
