We are looking for experiencedApproved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs)to join a dedicated service supporting Mental Health Act assessments.

This is apure AMHP role, ideal for practitioners who want to focus on assessment work while benefiting from a flexible, remote-first working arrangement.

The role

Deliver high-quality AMHP assessments in line with the Mental Health Act.
Work remotely, with availability to attend assessments withinone hour of R&Wwhen required.
Collaborate closely with partner agencies, service users, families and wider multidisciplinary teams.
Provide professional, person-centred and legally compliant practice in often complex and time-sensitive situations.

What were looking for
Qualified and warrantedAMHP.
Significant post-qualification experience in AMHP practice.
Practitioners withfive or more years AMHP experiencewill be considered at the experienced/top end of the salary scale.
Confident, autonomous professionals with strong assessment, risk-management and multi-agency working skills.
Able to respond flexibly and reliably to assessment requirements within the R&W area.

Salary and benefits
£44,982£54,507 per annum, dependent on experience.
£3,000 annual AMHP allowance.
Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates; AMHPs with5+ years experiencecan expect packages of£50,000+.
Permanent, remote-working opportunity with meaningful, specialist AMHP-focused work.
