An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to join a highly respected not-for-profit provider specialising in elderly, dementia and end-of-life care.
Working alongside the Home Manager, the Deputy Home Manager will provide clinical leadership across the service, support nursing teams and help maintain outstanding standards of care.
The Role
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
- Lead on clinical governance and CQC compliance
- Coach and develop Registered Nurses
- Deliver hands-on clinical support when required
- Promote best practice in dementia and elderly care
- Deputise for the Home Manager when needed
About You
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Senior nursing experience within a care home environment
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
- Experience supporting residents with dementia and complex needs
- A visible, compassionate leadership style
