We are working with a Medium sized Care Home in Ipswich that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement.
The Opportunity As the Interim Care Home Turnaround Manager , you will work alongside the existing operations team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan.
You will provide visible leadership across the home, improve operational performance, and help create a stable environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the turnaround of a 50 bed care home.
Improve compliance, quality standards, and overall operational performance.
Review and strengthen care delivery systems and processes.
Address safeguarding, risk management, staffing, and occupancy challenges.
Drive improvements in team performance, accountability, and culture.
Support preparation for inspections and regulatory engagement.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager , Residential Care Home Manager , Interim Manager , or Turnaround Manager .
A proven track record of successfully improving underperforming or challenged care services.
Strong knowledge of residential care regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
Experience managing large residential care homes.
Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, staffing stability, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
