As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will:
- Create and manage personalised care plans for adults with complex needs.
- Conduct clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and manage medications.

- Collaborate with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
