Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager, Interim Home Manager, or Turnaround Manager with a proven track record of improving underperforming care homes? Do you have experience stabilising services, improving compliance, strengthening leadership teams, and preparing homes for successful regulatory outcomes?
We are working with a large Residential Care Home in Liverpool that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement. This is a hands-on assignment for a results-driven leader who can quickly assess challenges, implement improvement plans, and create a positive culture that delivers sustainable change.
The Opportunity
As the Interim Residential Care Home Turnaround Manager, you will work alongside the existing management team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan. You will provide visible leadership across the home, improve operational performance, and help create a stable environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the turnaround of a large residential care home.
- Support the existing management team to stabilise the service.
- Improve compliance, quality standards, and overall operational performance.
- Review and strengthen care delivery systems and processes.
- Address safeguarding, risk management, staffing, and occupancy challenges.

What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates with:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Residential Care Home Manager, Interim Manager, or Turnaround Manager.
- A proven track record of successfully improving underperforming or challenged care services.
- Strong knowledge of residential care regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience managing large residential care homes.
- Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, staffing stability, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
- Available for Immediate availability to work on-site in Liverpool.
