Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary care team, creating a positive and accountable culture.

About You
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within nursing care homes.
- Nursing Qualification - RGN, RMN or RNLD with active NMC Pin
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks - proven to have successfully carried a Nursing Home through a 'Good' CQC Inspection.
