We are searching for a Deputy Manager to join a luxury care home provider based in Bedale. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

This Deputy Manager role is within a luxury home, which is known for offering the highest standards of residential, dementia and respite care. You will be joining a highly trained and compassionate team that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies.
- Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
- Build strong relationships with visiting healthcare professionals, families, and social workers.
