If you’re an experienced Home Manager who knows how to stabilise, improve, and then sustain standards, this role offers the chance to take a service that has done the hard work and lead it confidently forward. You’ll inherit a care home that has successfully returned to a Good CQC rating and now needs consistent, values-led leadership to maintain momentum.
Based in Sutton-In-Ashfield, this is a role for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll be trusted to lead the service day to day, shape culture, and be fully accountable for quality, performance, and outcomes, with visible support from an experienced senior leadership team.
Package & Benefits:
- Salary £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Performance-based quarterly bonus linked to occupancy, fees, agency usage, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, support, and hold your leadership and nursing teams accountable for outcomes.
About You:
- Proven experience managing a care home through a CQC inspection.
- Background in service improvement or turnaround within a nursing or complex care environment.
- Experience working with complex needs such as advanced dementia, challenging behaviours, or mental health conditions.
