Are you an experienced nurse looking to step into a leadership role within community complex care? We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to join a well-established and growing provider delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to adults in their own homes across Essex.

This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a hybrid working model and a manageable adult-only caseload. As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights, giving you a strong work-life balance.

  • Manage and oversee adult complex care packages in the community
  • Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
  • Deliver training, competencies and ongoing clinical supervision to staff
  • Monitor quality, governance and compliance across your caseload

Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN

Background in adult complex care or ICU/ITU

UK driving licence preferred

£45,000 - £48,000 salary depending on experience

Travel expenses covered

Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days working from home per week

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

28 days annual leave

Adult-only caseload
