You'll be joining a well-established private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality patient care. Supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team, the hospital is committed to personalised treatment, clinical excellence and continuous service improvement.

  • Inspire, develop and support a multidisciplinary nursing team
  • Monitor departmental performance, KPIs and patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, clinical governance and risk management requirements
  • Lead audits, quality improvement projects and action plans
  • Promote best practice in patient safety, infection prevention, equality and diversity, and information governance

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
  • Nursing Diploma or Degree
  • Previous experience in a senior outpatient nursing or OPD Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audits, quality improvement and performance management
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations
