At Leaders in Care, we are currently working with a highly regarded council in the Channel Islands, known for its supportive culture and positive feedback from social workers. They are seeking an experienced Children with Disabilities Social Worker to join their team as an Advanced Social Worker , offering an excellent hourly rate of £46.50 per hour . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a council that is genuinely committed to creating a supportive environment for its social workers. You will benefit from flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your diary and workload effectively, alongside a hybrid working modelgiving you the chance to enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer. You will hold a protected and manageable caseload working with children and young people with disabilities and their families.
