You'll assess residents' needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely, and ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained at all times.
Working closely with carers, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy the best possible quality of life.
You'll also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues and support student nurses, helping to develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.
