Are you an experienced Residential or Nursing Care Home Manager , Interim Home Manager , or Turnaround Manager with a proven track record of running compliant Care Homes.
Do you have experience stabilising services, improving compliance, strengthening leadership teams, and preparing homes for successful regulatory outcomes?
We are working with a Medium sized Care Home in Falkirk that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement.
This is a hands-on assignment for a results-driven leader who can quickly assess challenges, implement improvement plans, and create a positive culture that delivers sustainable change.
The Opportunity As the InterimCare Home Turnaround Manager , you will work alongside the existing operations team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan.
You will provide visible leadership across the home, improve operational performance, and help create a stable environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For We would love to hear from candidates with:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager , Residential Care Home Manager , Interim Manager , or Turnaround Manager .
- A proven track record of successfully improving underperforming or challenged care services.
- Strong knowledge of care inspectorate regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience managing large residential care homes.
- Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, staffing stability, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to quickly assess issues and implement effective solutions.
- Availability to work on-site in Falkirk
