We are recruiting an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established community complex care provider with over 10 years experience delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to children with complex health needs in their own homes. Due to the growth of new paediatric care packages across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior clinical role within a supportive and expanding service.
The role as Paediatric Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership across multiple community-based complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical oversight of paediatric complex care packages in the community
- Completing clinical assessments, care plans, and risk assessments
- Delivering clinical supervision, training, and competency sign-off
- Supporting families and liaising with commissioners and MDTs
- Ensuring safe delivery of complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation
- Maintaining high clinical standards across all packages
Qualifications:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN / RN Child) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience within paediatric complex care
- Previous experience in a leadership, senior nurse, or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organisation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
