Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end cancer treatment pathways, acting as the main clinical contact for patients and consultants
- Coordinate treatment plans, monitoring visits, prescriptions, and clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external consultants to resolve queries and changes
- Ensure all care and documentation meets regulatory and governance standards
About You
- Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
- SACT qualification with extensive chemotherapy nursing experience
- Full UK driving licence held
This role follows a five-day working pattern, combining home working with field-based activity alongside local clinical teams.
