This is a Monday to Friday role with no nights, offering a salary of up to £39,000, plus a company car or £4,877 car allowance and an excellent benefits package.
The Role
- As a Community Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, personalised care in the community.
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to children in the community.
- Working closely with families to develop and review personalised care plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up care.
