The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the nursing home. n
Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home
Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, healthcare regulations and internal quality standards
Leading, supporting and developing clinical teams and other healthcare professionals
Overseeing the development and delivery of effective, personalised care plans
Managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently
Promoting a positive, inclusive and resident-focused environment
Building strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare agencies
Driving continuous improvement across clinical care, compliance and service delivery

About You To be successful in this Clinical Registered Manager role, you will:
Be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN
Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Have previous experience in a management role within a nursing home
Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, organisational and operational management skills
Have a sound understanding of nursing home compliance, clinical governance and CQC requirements
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
